Getting started is simple; we would love to get to know your needs & goals and review your current process to customize our services. Find a system that works for data collection, recurrence of meetings, and reporting.

If you don't already have an accounting software, a setup fee could range from $200 to $300 in the first month as we set up your chart of accounts and opening balances. We may not charge a setup fee if you're already using an accounting software, this can vary from case to case. 

All of our services are online and contactless, although dropping off receipts is always an option. We can receive receipts, invoices and other documents by email or an online shared folder to save you the drive. All you have to do is keep your receipts as you go about your work, and upload scans or pictures of them when you have time.

It will still take some of your time as we collect data such as bank statements, receipts/invoices. We understand how busy business and life can be, finding a communication flow that works for your schedule is our priority.

We use QuickBooks Online which offers a wide variety of features including invoicing, bank reconciliations, reports, payroll, employee time tracking, and much more.
