We offer a wide range of services from payroll (including ROEs and T4s), entering daily transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and creating reports. We can manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, file and pay sales & payroll tax, and work with your accountant for year-end tax filing.

We charge $55 per hour. Monthly rates start at $300, although rates typically range from $400 to $1,000 per month depending on the size of the business and choice of services. See our monthly pricing page for more details.

Getting started is simple; we would love to get to know your needs & goals and review your current process to customize our services. Find a system that works for data collection, recurrence of meetings, and reporting.

If you don't already use QuickBooks Online, a setup fee will range from $100 to $200 in the first month. We may not charge a setup fee if you're already using QuickBooks Online, this can vary from case to case. 

All of our services are online and contactless. We can receive receipts, invoices and other documents by email or online to save you the drive. All you have to do is keep your receipts as you go about your work, and upload scans or pictures of them when you have time.

It will still take some of your time as we collect data such as bank statements, receipts/invoices. We understand how busy business and life can be, finding a communication flow that works for your schedule is our priority.

We use QuickBooks Online which offers a wide variety of features including invoicing, bank reconciliations, reports, payroll, and much more.
